Shopper's Guide•Focus & Energy
6 things I noticed when I swapped my energy drink for Superfocus
Summary: I was a two-cans-a-day person: one to get going, one to survive the afternoon. I swapped both for Superfocus and paid attention to what changed. Here's what I noticed.

Here's all 6 👇

1. 75mg of caffeine was enough. I didn't expect that.
The cans I was drinking had 200mg or more each, and I had two a day. Caffeinated Superfocus has 75mg, about half a cup of coffee. I assumed I'd feel underpowered by 10am. I didn't, and the next thing on this list is the reason I'd point to.

2. The lift showed up without the jittery hands
That wired, clench-your-jaw feeling I used to accept as part of the deal was gone. Superfocus pairs its caffeine with 150mg of L-theanine, an amino acid from tea that takes the edge off caffeine without taking the alertness with it. It's one of the most studied pairings in this category.

3. My 3pm crash stopped showing up
Some of what I blamed on caffeine was really the sugar leaving. The zero-sugar cans I tried after that just swapped it for artificial sweeteners. Superfocus has zero grams of sugar and no artificial sweeteners. It's sweetened with monk fruit and Reb M, so there's nothing to spike and then drop you mid-afternoon.

4. It's built for focus, not just for staying awake
My cans were mostly caffeine plus sugar or sweeteners. Superfocus is built around what your brain uses to focus: 1,000mg of N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, a building block for dopamine, 500mg of lion's mane, and GeniusPure Alpha-GPC, a source of the choline your brain uses to make acetylcholine. It delivers 315mg of alpha-GPC per serving, the same amount used in the study.

5. Still sharp at 4pm, without a second can
The afternoon can was the habit I thought I'd never drop. Superfocus has 200mg of Rhodiola rosea, a root used for stamina and fatigue for a very long time and studied for how the mind holds up under stress. One packet in the morning, and I stopped reaching for anything after lunch.

6. I can read every dose on the label
No proprietary blend, no mystery energy complex. Every amount is printed: N-acetyl-L-tyrosine 1,000mg, lion's mane 500mg, GeniusPure Alpha-GPC 350mg, rhodiola rosea 200mg, L-theanine 150mg and 75mg of natural caffeine, plus vitamins B6 and B12. Produced in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested. Want the focus without any caffeine? The caffeine-free version has everything else.
