Below are the current shipping options available when purchasing from Nello:
Free Shipping (3-6 Business Days post carrier pickup) - Free on orders over $50 and subscriptions
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days post carrier pickup) - $11.99
Dispatch Time
We ship from Utah, USA.
We aim to have all orders ready for carrier pickup the same business day if placed before 4 pm MST (Mountain Standard Time). Orders placed after 4 pm MST will be ready for carrier pickup the following business day.
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends and major federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 11 am MST, or on weekends, will not ship until the following Monday, or the next business day during holidays.
Please note that shipping time frames are based on the date the carrier picks up your order from our warehouse, not on the order placement date.
Packages Marked as Delivered
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after that point, as the package has left our hands and the carrier's.
